We want you to be confident in your purchase of SchedPro. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they are issued. We sell SchedPro directly, so refund requests are handled by us.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SchedPro, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to you using the same payment method you used to pay (for example, refunded to the same InstaPay address, mobile wallet, bank account, or PayPal account). 2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@schedprotool.com (or via WhatsApp) with the name and email you used at checkout and the date of your purchase. We may ask for the payment reference or proof of payment so we can locate your order.
3. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method. Depending on that method and your bank or wallet provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reach you.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Requests made after the refund window above has passed.
- Renewals that you chose to purchase after using the product, except where required by law.
- Cases of license sharing, resale, or other breaches of our Terms & Conditions.
5. License After Refund
When a refund is issued, your license is cancelled and your right to use the paid version of SchedPro ends. Where applicable, you may continue to use any free features that remain available.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such law provides greater rights, those rights apply.
